New features in ROB-EX version 7.4.2

New Operator

We have developed the new Operator based on the idea that it should be as easy for the user as possible, and therefore you can now also configure which fields and columns you want to display.

You can now see operations per resource in a table-based view, making it easier to see scheduled jobs. At the same time, you can quickly and easily report feedback.

Your production stores very useful data that you can use to optimize your production even more. In our new Operator, this has been a major focus, and therefore we have made it easier and more reliable for you to be able to use the data when it is collected via the new Operator. Now employee sign-in is integrated with a separate new employee table that can be configured as master data, and reason codes used when things don’t go according to plan now refer to an entirely new reason code table. All together, something that makes it much easier to create Business Intelligence on your collected data, because your data now becomes much more consistent and always refers to a fixed set of employees and codes.

Change the status of many orders in one action in Web Planner

We know that this function has been requested by many Web Planner users, and therefore it has also been a major focus for us in this new version. Now, from any table, including the order list, you can change the cell value to the same value for several selected rows. This includes changing both text values and e.g. order value status.

Project Gantt chart in Web Planner

For orders belonging to a project, the project relationship can now be seen in a Gantt chart with the focus on the project. This is our first version of the diagram, and we will also focus on the development here in future versions.

Create and edit material-related master data from Web Planner

Editing of master data about master materials, storage locations, product families and safety layer values (min./max. limits) is now supported from the Web Planner. Now more and more of your daily planning can be done directly from our web browser-based client.

We know that this function creates great value for many, and therefore we are also currently working hard to expand the function, so that with our next major release you can also see material graphs directly in the Web Planner.

Highlight feature in Web Planner

You can now also highlight selected orders and operations in the Gantt chart in the Web Planner. This new highlighting option gives you the ability to highlight orders from the Order List table and anything searchable via the global filter. You also get a much better overview of your orders when you plan via the Web Planner.
