Without ROB-EX it would be nearly hopeless

The Alsform Tool Factory has 50 employees and manufactures tool parts and machines for processing steel. Bjarne Østergaard, Planner at Alsform, plans for 35-40 resources.

“I am pleased with ROB-EX,” he says. “It is easy, and planning is under control. I can see who must do what and when – and I can see when things go wrong. Some orders have many operations, and with ROB-EX, I have a constant overview of when I need to start things. Without ROB-EX, it would be nearly hopeless.”

The Alsform tool factory is pleased to have ROB-EX displayed on screens in production.

“The employees can get ready for the next task and find tools and materials if there is a break during the task they are currently doing. They are extremely pleased with it in production!” says Bjarne Østergaard.

Alsform has used ROB-EX for four years.
