Define named views and what resources to show for those views. Maintaining a list of well organized views will help planner and viewer users keeping the overview even when your plan has many resources. As an example for a production with two departments cutting and welding, it will typically make sense to have a view called Cutting, containing all the cutting resources, and a view called Welding with all the welding related resources. In addition a third view All might be usefull to display all resources of the production.

Views defined in here are available to all users on the system when they use the drop down located above the list of resources in the Web Planner Gantt chart area.

Quick start

  • Create new views by clicking on the + button
  • Click on the icon to duplicate an existing view
  • To view or edit resources for a particular view click on the link displaying the view name
  • To add a resource to a view drag and drop from the right side Resource list to the middle Resources in … panel
  • To change the sequence of resources in a view, drag and drop within the middle Resources in … panel
