Scheduling with disabled operations

Special considerations should be taken when scheduling production orders containing disabled operations. Please read more about this in the routing description section.

Scheduling with locked operations

Locked operations are not allowed to be moved, not manually e.g. by dragging, or by scheduling, and scheduling is hence handled a little differently. When scheduling forward, the outgoing constraints from a locked operation are respected and handled normally, but the incoming constraints are ignored and are hence allowed to be broken (opposite for backward scheduling).

Scheduling with completed operations

Since ROB-EX Scheduler v7.4 operations with status “Complete” are no longer taken into consideration during scheduling. I.e.an in-comming constraint from a completed operation is no longer seen as a scheduling constraint. This ensures that an operation scheduled in the future, but being completed early, will not get in the way when scheduling remaining non-completed operations.
