Also see general overview of Express orders.

Snap means adjusting the operation start or end time to nearest “rounded” hour/minute value after the user has dragged the approximate duration of the express order using the mouse. If as an example the user with the mouse selected the start time “07:12”, then the snap-action can automatically adjust the start time to “07:10”.

Snap to a fixed time will adjust the operation to always start at e.g. 07:00. Alternatively the operation can be adjusted to nearest, 5, 10, 15 minute etc.

Note that snap can be set for both start and end time of the operation

Either “Fixed workload/duration” or “Use capacity from selected operation” can be selected.

If “workload/duration” is enabled a new express order will always initially have the specified fixed amount of hours:minutes, i.e. the start time selected with the mouse is set and the end time is automatically calculated based on the entered fixed amount of hours.

if “capacity” is enabled a new express order will use the capacity of the selected template operation to calculate the end time.
