Track changes by user

Use this feature to get a list of all changes to a certain ROB-EX Scheduler entity like as an example an operation or a production order.

Viewing changes

• To view changes for a resource, right click the resource in the left side Gantt chart list and select the History menu item
  
• To view changes for an operation, double click the operation and select the History link in the upper right part of the Edit operation window
• To view changes in general, open the ROB-EX Admin UI and login with your user. Then from the Portal menu select Admin page->Events

A browser window will now open displaying the changes, either related to the selected resource or operation, or for all entities. Narrow your search by using the Site, Type, Id, Start and End dates. The Id field must contain the id of the entity, e.g. the order id, the resource id etc.

*Note that the Event Store feature must be enabled for the ROB-EX Scheduler Multiuser Server (see Server configuration) and in addition enabled per site from the site configuration in the ROB-EX Admin UI

*A cleanup feature for the Event Store is available from ROB-EX Scheduler Multiuser Server build 29. This can be enabled from the server configuration file (see Server configuration)
