In the ROB-EX Web Planner, you can find the resources to the left. Hover over one of the resources and the menu bar will show up. In this section, we will explain the menu bar for the resource, views, and field chooser for the resource.
Single resource view
This will show the operation of the selected resource. When a single resource view is selected, the workload graph shows the workload for that single resource. See more about Workload graph

Adjust lines
Moves the operations on the resource on separate lines.
Edit resource
This will open the edit resource view. The next section shows step-by-step how to Edit a resource.
History
This button will lead you to the historic site. Here you will find information about changes in the plan, this button is only visible if the configuration is set for the history, see the section Configuration
Views
Views in ROB-EX Web Planner are created from either ROB-EX Desktop Client or within ROB-EX Web Planner master data editing. In the dropdown over the resources list, it’s possible to choose between the views made in ROB-EX Desktop Client. See more about how to Create the views in ROB-EX Desktop Client
Field chooser for resource list
Click on the gear icon on top of the resource list and the filed chooser will open. There are two options in this field chooser for the resource list. Resource fields define what to show in the resource list and Operation fields that’s defined the text over the operations. See more about the settings for Field chooser
The field chooser for the resources will be explained in the below picture.
Panel name
In the panel name text field, the header of the panel can be changed. By default, the name is ‘gantt_main’.
Resource fields
Open the resource fields by clicking on the arrow to the right. Drag and drop the fields you want to be shown in the resource list.
Operations fields
Open the operations fields by clicking on the arrow to the right. Drag and drop the fields you want to be shown in the resource list.
