It’s possible to specify limits per material for lower and upper stock inventory levels (safety stock levels). If the inventory for instance drops below the minimum inventory the figures will be red on the material graph.
Further more it’s possible to print a material report which lists the materials which break the limits. The reports can be found in “File->Print html report” and is called “Material inventory min/max (all)” and “Material inventory min/max (critical)”.
Create a rule
- Click the “Add” button.
- Double click the three dots in the “Raw material” column in order to select material.
- Fill out the the fields with the wanted values.
The upper part of the image above provides an example where safety stock limits of respectively 80 and 100 has been applied for a raw material 7100 Lubricant A.
Also maximum stock levels of respectively 50 and 100 has been applied for a semi-finished product 51001 Strait bevel gear ABC.
The bottom part of the picture shows an example of the different colors applied to the material inventory graphs, depending on the current stock level. E.g. Blue is the color used to indicate the level is below the warning level. Etc.
