Parameter descriptions

(* = configuration required)

fileName *

Directory path including filename to the export file can be specified.

Example: c:\temp\exportfile.csv

availableHoursText

Specify the text to be printed after the resource name in the available hours column.

The default is ‘(avail)’.

dateFormat

Specify the date format. E.g. ‘d MMM’ will result in ’8 Jul’.

The default is ‘d MMM’. Note that lower case ‘m’ is minutes and upper case ‘M’ is month.

For additional examples se Formatting dates

dateText

Specify the ‘Date’ text in the upper left corner of the table.

Default is ‘Date’.

decimalSeparator

The decimal separator used when exporting numbers, i.e. ‘,’ or ‘.’ (comma or period).

If left blank the default decimal separator corresponding to lanugage preferences are automatically selected.

numberFormat

The format of the numbers. #.## means for instance 10,57 (rounded from 10,56739). A hash symbol (#) indicates the max number of decimals, in this case it’s two. The format ‘0.00’ indicates exactly two decimals – i.e. 10,50.

The default is ‘#.##’.

period

The period (offset) from the specified “start” parameter (see below). 1w = 1 week. Example 2w-2d+8h. This can also be written as 2weeks-2days+8hours. Supported notation: s/sec/second(s), min/minute(s), h/hour(s), d/day(s), w/week(s), m/mon/month(s) (= 365 / 12 days) and y/year(s). Please notice that ‘m’ corresponds to month and NOT minute.

Only whole days are supported. Thus for instance 2,5 days will result in three whole days.

The default is ‘1w’.

resourceView

Only resources belonging to this named resource view are exported.

Specify the keyword ‘active’ in order to use the currently selected resource view.

The default value is ‘active’.

separator

Specify the character used to delimit the columns of the generated CSV file.

The default is ‘;’ (semicolon).

start

The start date from where the workload calculation should be performed.

The keyword “this week” corresponds to Monday morning at 00:00 in the current week. It is possible to add and subtract by specifying for instance ‘this w-3w+2d’ (or ‘this week – 3weeks + 2days’) (also see period parameter). Please notice that ‘m’ corresponds to month and NOT minute.

Supported notation: “now” or “this week”- , y/year(s), m/mon/month(s), w/week(s), d/day(s), h/hour(s), min/minute(s) and s/sec/second(s).

The default is ‘this week’.

usedHoursText

Specify the text to be printed after the resource name in the used hours column.

The default is ‘(used)’.

monthDateFormat

Only used if *orientation*=vertical

Specify the date format for the ‘Month’ column. E.g. ‘yyyy-MM’ will result in ’2009-07’.

The default is ‘yyyy-MM’.

For additional examples se Formatting dates

weekDateFormat

Only used if *orientation*=vertical

Specify the date format for the ‘Week’ column. E.g. ‘yyyy-ww’ will result in ’2009-28’.

The default is ‘yyyy-ww’.

For additional examples se Formatting dates

orientation

Specify the format of the output.

‘horizontal’ shows the resources left-right.

‘vertical’ shows the resources up-down

See the example outputs above.

The default is vertical.

resourceText

Only used if *orientation*=vertical

Specify the text to be displayed in the resource header column.

The default is ‘Resource’.

resourceGroupText

Only used if *orientation*=vertical

Specify the text to be displayed in the resource group header column.

The default is ‘Resource’.

monthText

Only used if *orientation*=vertical

Specify the text to be displayed in the month header column.

The default is ‘Month’.

weekText

Only used if *orientation*=vertical

Specify the text to be displayed in the week header column.

The default is ‘Week’.
